Normal for teeth to feel loose during invisalign?

Q. I have only just begun invisalign but when I take out my aligners my teeth feel pretty loose. OBvisouly the aligners must be moving my teeth but is it normal that the teeth feel quite so loose, especially when eating?

A. It is usual to feel slight mobility of some teeth.
