I have an overbite and crowded teeth. I went to one orthodontist who said Invisalign could fix this no problem. I had a consultation with anohter one who said he though Invisalign may be able to help with the crowded teeth but could do nothing for the overbite. who should I listen to?

Invisalign is a great way of straightening teeth. Fixed braces are always the ideal option as they can correct crowding, overbite problems etc, invisalign can correct crowding and can slightly improve the overbite but not as much as fixed braces.
