Q. Regarding my previous post. I did explain my dissatisfaction at these two teeth and explained that I thought new impressions would be taken and re sent to Invisalign for a refinement case. He told me that this would be a new case and that wasn\’t an option. He said we can do similar aligners which are made in this country. This is not how I understood the procedure to be. My understanding was that Invisalign saw it through til the end. Is this not the case? What should I do now? Many thanks again.,
A. Ask him if you can pay for an refinement, whichever product of Invisalign can come with refinements.
