Tips for cleaning aligners when on long haul flight?

Q. Do you have any tips for cleaning the aligners when going on long haul flights? I amgoing away next week on a business trip and am concerned about how I will be able to go about it?

A. u should use a loose aligner that comes out v quickly without any intruments. cleaning teeth and braces before flight should be adequate
