Q. I have just recently started trying to use floss but am finding that most of my teeth are too close fitting together to get the floss between them. Is there an alternative?
A. Yes there are.
You can try using pink tepe brushes. Pink denominates the size of the brush which I believe is 0.3mm. These are interdental brushes which have the same purpose as floss, to clean in between the teeth.
There is also superfloss. One end of rigid and is used like threading “cotton through a needle”. Once this is through you can floss in between.
Floss varies quite a lot. My preference is floss tape such as Satin Floss by Oral-B. I use this on a regular basis!
