What drinks are okay to have with invisalign?

Q. I wear invisalign braces and have a question in respect to what you can drink and eat. I am aware that it would be stupid to eat with them in, but will drinking liquids other than water really have such a bad effect? Diet coke, for example, is is really that bad?

A. Liquids are no problem. sugary ones in moderation.
