Q. I am about to get my aligers next week and have only one question. This is something I have not really seen anything on after searching the internet. At first, will they affect my sleep at all? I can’t imagine it will be easy at first what with having some alien device in my mouth.

Being a foreign object, it does take some time getting use to it.
How long it takes varies widely. Some people say few hours and in extreme cases it could take a few weeks.
However it’s nothing to worry about i can reassure you.
