Q. Do you think it will ever be possible to get invisalign braces from the NHS or is the price of materials and other relevant stuff just too much for them? I am severely put off by the prices most private clinics are offering?

A. I don’t think so The cost making the invisalign aligners is much more than the NHS pay for orthodontic treatment.
