Would I need to get my baby tooth removed in order for Invisalign treatment to work?

Q. There is a baby tooth that lingers on the left upper side of my mouth. I want to get my other teeth straightened with invisible. would ai need to get the baby tooth removed to be able to go ahead. I am now 17 and udnerneath the baby tooth there is no permament tooth waiting to come out..,
