Are retainers needed after invisalign to stop teeth relapsing?

Q. When invisalign has finished will teeth straight away try to start moving into their original position? I understand this is why retainers are so important? Will they need to be worn every single night or even during the day?

A. please wear them 24/7 for 3 months and then every night for a few weeks; you should aim to wear them 2-3 times per week for about 1 year and then x1 weekly
