Q. I grind my teeth in the night. Therefore there is not much I can do about it except try and ease back anythings that may make me stressed. Anyway, I want invisalign to straighten my teeth but but am worried that me grinding my teeth at night may damage them. I guess I will not be able to wear my mouthguard at night with the aligners? Will I be okay to get invisalign?
