How successful is invisalign?

Q. I am in the market to get my teeth straightened, but am not wanting to go down the train track route with fixed braces. I would just like to know how long invisalign has been around, and how successful it truly is when straightening teeth?

A. Invisalign has been around for many years and has been succesful in straightening teeth.
