Q. I eat snacks quite a bit during my day, all because of a busy schedule. I have to eat when I get the chance. I would like to get braces, but have read that invisalign makes it difficult to snack, what with removing and cleaning them. Am I wrong in this? Is there an alternative option for someone in my position?
A. You are right, you cannot eat or drink with the invisalign aligners in. If invisalign is not for you, you can consider fixed braces, such as Damon or 6 month braces/6 month smiles
