I know invisalign aligners are supposed to be less painful and tight than fixed braces but i just got my second aligner in and have not felt any kind of movement or any sign that there is movement going on. I have gaps between my teeth that need closing and there should surely be some kind of discomfort during the first couple of days after putting them on?
A. The discomfort patients experience during teeth straightening treatment depends on the pain threshold of the patient. I have had patient who find it very painful and patients who do not complain of much discomfort. If you have any concerns I would recommend you speak to your dentist
