Is it normal that I experiencing little pain at beginning of Invisalign treatment?

Q. I have only startted my treatment and have read many things about the treatment. One thins I noticed is that people said it hurt at the start but except for a brief spell of pain I have hardly felt anything. Is this normal as I am beginning to wonder if the current tray is even making any difference?,

A. Yes it is normal to feel some discomfort when you start wearing an aligner and also when you change to a new aligner. Keep wearing the aligners for the required number of days and do not be tempted to change any earlier as this would have a detrimental effect on the teeth.
