Is sensitive treatment as a result of Invisalign and something to worry about?

Q.
Hi Doctor

i have recently started my Invisalign treatment and am around 2 months in but my teeth are still sensitive from time to is the normal. I worry a little bit more than most because i have been told that I have short roots and could suffer from root absorption and the general sensitivity is coming from the tops of my teeth. I have booked an appointment to see my dentist but in the meantime would like some extra advice to make a considered decision. In your estimation doctor, think it wise to stop treatment completely?

thank you for your time

A.
Hello and thank you for your email. It is very difficult for me to comment without looking at your x-rays and without a clinical examination. You have made the right decision to go and see your dentist who can assess the situation and give you the best advice by looking at your teeth and x-rays. Hope this helps somewhat.
