Is there any chance of relapse once invisalign treatment is finished?

Q. Is there the chance that my teeth may move back to their original position somewhat once I am finished with my alginers and retainers? Do any of your patients have experience with this matter?

A. I always advise my patients to wear retainers for life to minimise the risk of relapse.
