On occasion I go to parties and take out my aligners for drikning and other shenanignas, and do not adhere to the recommended time of 22 hours. if this happens i will usually wear the aligners for about 16 horus. This does not happen very often but is it okay to do this every now and then? what would you say is the minimum a person should wear their aligners to make sure they are getting results?
