I wanted veneers but dentist recommended invisalign

Q.
I visited my dentist to find out more about the veneers treatment. My teeth are small and just look horrible. Instead of veneers my dentist recommended to me invisalign and he said the results will be jsut as good as if I was to get veneers, but that I would retain my teeth which he said is always advised. Is this treatment relatively successful and what aboutin the long run? Will the results be maintained? I am looking for the perfect smile which is why I was wanting veneers but would invislaign be able to achieve these results? I have my next appointment next week and your advice would be really apreciated.

What level of qualifications should I be looking for in an Invisalign dentist?

I am looking to get invislaign in the coming years but i am trying to get an idea of what i should be looking for in an invisalign dentist – qualifications and experience for example. Os the IPR procedure safe for dentists to do?

I have been reading up on the IPR procedure that some patients need when having invisalign and am unsure if it is all that safe. the idea of getting part of my healthy teeth taken away does not sound all that good to me, but then i read that this can happen anyway as a natural process due to the way the teeth are positioned together when in line? What is your opinion on this procedure and is it safe?

I would like Invisalign but don’t want to leave my current dentist

I am currently at an NHS dentist and I get all my usual treatment done there. my dentist has recommended me to get fixed braces but I have flatly said no and want Invisalign. He obvisiuly doesn’t offer this and told me I would have to go private. I would really like to get this treatment but I don’t really want to leave my current dentist either. what can I do about this? Can I get Invisalign with another dentist and get my routine check ups done with my NHS dentist?

Can Invisalign help me with out of sync bite?

Would Invisalign be a good choice for a second bout of braces?

I had attached metal braces when I was younger and didn’t like them all that much. Now, I am in my early 20s and one of the front teeth has overlapped one of the other teeth. I don’t know why this has happened and if this is something that I have done wrong since my braces treatment but I really want to get it treated. My budget is notall that much and I am pretty sure that I saw 6 month smiles is cheaper than invisalign but can you advise me on what treatment would be suitable for my particular problem? Can you tell me if consultations are free for these treatments and if teeth whitening is usually inculded. Thanks.

What is the best method when removing aligners?
