I have a lot of extraction gaps that need closing, can invisalign close them?

i have just recovered from severe gum disease and have lost a few teeth because of it. I just wondered before I consider implant surgery or anything like that would invisalign be able to close extraction gaps? If I have gum disease does that mean I have to stop using invisalign?

hey, erm well i\’ve been using the invisalign for a few months now and it\’s really great! But my gums are bleeding terribly I have no idea why. i\’m due to see my dentist but if i have gum disease does that mean i have to re-start the treatment? because obviously he\’ll need to treat the gums :(,
