There is a significant difference in pain in my upper and lower jaws, why is this?

Q.
I had my first set of trays in place a few days ago and i\’ve noticed a significant difference in discomfort. the top jaw is in more pain than the lower, is this normal? i\’m worried! also it\’s much easier to take out the lower than the upper, why is this?,

What kind of products can I use to clean my aligners?

hi, i\’m going to have my aligners fitted next week. do you recommend anything i can buy to ease the long process what can of products do i need to clean the trays etc? any suggestions would be great, thanks,

I’ve mixed my trays up! What should I do?

i got my week 5 and 6 trays mixed up.. i\’ve been wearing 6 instead of 5 and i\’m worried now because my mouth is painful it was a complete mistake! what should i do??? thanks for any advice.,

I’m worried about my first sey of trays, any calming words?

Tomorrow I will be going to get my first set of trays but I am suddenly feeling very nervous about my treatment. I gues this is to be expected but it is things like the attachments that are making me really nervous and how obvious they will be? The effect it will have on my talking is another major concern but Iam hoping you can offer some calming words. Now breathe…,
