What is a cheap way to clean invisalign aligners?

Q. Some people I know soak their aligners in mouthwash, but I am pretty sure I heard this is not really a good thing to do. I don’t want to spend an extortinate amount on a special cleaning system. What cheap ways are there to clean them?

A. I recommend my patients to use toothbrush and toopaste to physically remove any debris in the aligners. I also recommend RetainerBrite to keep the aligners clean and smelling fresh.
