What is the time frame for receiving refinement aligners?

Q. I have now been waiting for a total of five weeks for my refinement aligners to arrive. I dont think this can be normal procedure? Thinking back I dont recall just how long it took for me to get my aligners in the first place but is this the right time frame? ,

A. Yes, it is the right time frame. please also note that with Christmas approaching and the bad weather there are a lot of delays with the post.
