Q. I only have four trays to go but I am not all that happy with the results. My teeth have improved a lot but I feel that there is still much movement needed. I doubt four remaining trays are going to do the job enough. If they are not will I have the choice to have refinements or will this be down to the dentist’s decision.

First of all, you should finish the four remaining aligners.
Once the treatment is done your Invisalign provider is going to check the final situation comparing to your clincheck.
If you still want certain movement you should explain it to your dentis who can decide whether it is possible to have invisalign refinement at all.
