Why are my teeth sensitive since starting invisalign?

Q. Since starting invisalign my teeth have become quite sensitive to cold and hot drinks. I have never had this problem before and maintain even better dental hygiene than I did before I started treatment, which was of a good level anyway. Is invisalign causing this? Can I do anything to help prevent it?

A. As your teeth move they can become sensitive if it is really bad ask your dentist but i am sure this is just a temporary phase.
