Why has bite changed during invisalign?

Q. I have been doing invisalign for about a month now, but am having problems when I chew food. After having a close look I think the problem is that my upper and lower teeth are no longer meeting correctly when chewing. This seems like a strange thing to happen and quite so early in the treatment? Will it sort itself out soon enough or may it get even worse?
A. it will only sort itself out at the end when the teeth are aligned. Moving teeth into new positions will always be a problem for chewing
