Will I be able to have Invisalign treatment even though my wisdom teeth are coming through?

hello,
i have crooked teeth on my top and bottom and really don’t want to have ugly, metal braces but at the moment my wisdom teeth are coming through, would i be able to get invisalign now or should i wait for my wisdom teeth to come through? So far only one has come through

I would like Invisalign braces but I am told that I have short roots and am worried about root resorption.

ive been told by my dentist that i have short roots but i also need braces as my teeth are crooked, but i’ve heard about root absorption and also been told that I am at risk of this if i have braces,
what do you suggest, is the invisalign treatment quick, would this help my situation is the treatment is quicker?

Can I have invisalign treatment after I have had a dental implant?

hello

i have recently had an implant put in for one of my top teeth, it has been about a month since i had the treatment and i wondered if i could have invisalign now or should i wait sooner for the tooth to settle,
and will the tooth be alright with the invisalign treatment? it won’t be affected will it?

What would you say was the best way to keep Invisalign aligners clean?

Is there anything you can recommend or least reassure me on for cleaning my invisalign aligners? I have heard about 50/50 hydrogen peroxide/water and Sterident however do not want to use without dentist opinion. I know that the chances are that the invisalign cleaning system will be recommended however this is setting me back a small fortune and I find the fact that you have to purchase this separately really quite appalling.

I have had a problem with my Invisalign but after moving to America have been refused treatment, what do you suggest?

I’ve been wearing invisalign for 2 years and 5 months.
I started the treatment because my teeth alignment wasn’t correct and my upper lateral incisor was worn by the lower canine.
After all this time few teeth are more straight than before, but all my bite shifted in a way that now the Central incisor is worn out by lower canine.
The treatment has amplified the problem I wanted to solve in first place.
I’ve just move to Toronto from L.A. for a job and having hard time to find a doctor that can take over unless I start everything from scratch, payment included.

My current L.A. doctor doesn’t want to give me new trays I need to change soon unless I have a dentist.
He is inclined to have me sign papers to dismiss me as a patient than giving me the rest of invisalign I payed in full over a year ago, probably because he realize I was not a good candidate.
Any suggestion how to solve this unfortunate situation?
It would be much appreciate.

I have just started my Invisalign treatment and have noticed that I have quite a few ulcers, is this normal?

i have recently started wearing invisalign braces and have noticed a few ulcers popping up here and there, i’ve been using bonjela but it has really be that effective what would you recommend and am I at risk of developing an abscess?

I am almost at the end of my Invisalign treatment but I feel that my teeth aren’t as even as I’d like them

I was fixed with 14 upper invisaligns and 20 lower invisaligns. I have completed wearing my upper braces and still have 3 more lower invisaligns till end of my treatment. Though I have worn all the upper braces, my teeth still not as even as was advised to me. Next fortnight my dentist is going to take a mould of my teeth. I have told and shown him my uneven teeth. He said to wait and see him my next visit. I have spent so much time and money, I do not want to have disappointment. Please advise. Thank you.

I have quite a large overbite, would Invisalign be a suitable treatment for this?

i have quite a large overbite but i really would like to avoid having metal braces as they are ugly, do invisalign work on overbites or would i be better with inman aligners?

I have just moved on to wearing Essix retainers but I think they might be pushing against my filling as it is really painful.

I finished Invisalign treatment in March 2011 and was fitted with an Essix retainer which was a well fitted. I had a filling replaced on the top teeth and it felt slightly thicker than the mold. Since then I have been in constant pain and the teeth appear to have moved. I now have numbness and swelling to my upper jaw and it looks as if the incisor has pulled down. I have been advised by NHS Direct Dental Nurse to remove retainer as I have an appointment with my orthodontist in 4 days. Will another course of invisalign correct this? Could you please advise?

I am on my 9th set of Invisalign and a gap has started to appear, are the braces working properly?

I am on my 9th of 11th set of Invisalign treatment for my upper teeth. I must say that the videos i was supplied with are not looking at all like they will end up by set 11. There has also been a continual gap that has now significantly increased on tray number 9th. This exists on the lower portion of my upper lateral incisor, the tray appears to fit my teeth well apart from this tooth. I work abroad so i have been given 2-3 trays at a time to change with consultations every time i have been back. Is there any advice that you can give me? I have paid 4000 for my treatment and was hoping for pretty flawless result. My teeth were not in that bad a start to start and didn’t really require that much work.
