Q. One of my teeth to the side of my front teeth is very crooked, so much so it is twisted from where it should be 90 degrees. Obviously, this does not look all that good and I would love to get it straightened. I was wondering if invisalign is capable of treatment teeth as twisted as this or whether I am better off going with metal braces or another system?
A.
Invisalign may be able to treat this, but rotations of over 30 degrees can be more tricky. Treatment with Invisalign could be done but it would certainly take longer than if the teeth were moved with fixed braces. A consultation with an Invisalign dentist would shed more light on the situation you have.
