Is too much tooth shaving cause of teeth sensitivity?

My dentist just did some more of the teeth shaving stuff. He did it at the start of the treatment as well. I think he may have done too much this time thought as I am getting a bit off tooth sensitivity in the area where he did it. Should I get back to him about this or will it jsut go away?

Is tooth extraction necessary before starting invisalign?

My dentist has told me that if I am to go ahead with invisalign then I will need to get one tooth extracted. I thought the whole poinf of this treatment was so that you did not need to lose any of your teeth? Is there not another option in stead of having my tooth extracted?

Is invisalign really that fast?

I only started my invisalign treatment 5 days ago now and already my teeth seem to have moved slightly. I say this because I am finding it more difficult to fit floss between teeth that I found it quite simple to do so with before. Do teeth move quite a bit in such a short time? I didn’t think it would be that quick!

Does invisalign work well for gapped teeth?

Does the invisalign system work well for gapped teeth or is it only for slightly crooked teeth? There is a bit of a gap between all of the teeth at the front of my mouth so I am unsure if invisalign will be able to treat this?

Which of invisalign and veneers is the better option?

Would you be able to help me with my decision whether or not i should go with invisalign or porcelain veneers? I have been told that I would need to wear invisalign for around 10 months where as the porcelain veneers would offer instant results i guess. What is the invisalign system?
