hello doctor could you please tell me how refinements work at the end of my invisalign treatment. will they cost me much more than what i was expected to pay or do refinements come as part of the overall cost?

is there much of a difference between clearstep and invisalign? I really want to have my teeth straightened but i do not want metal wires and brackets all over my teeth so I definitely think that these clear aligners are the way to go overall. My main problem is front teeth which are a litte bit crooked do you think that either treatment would be good for treating that?

i had gum disease about 4 years ago and although it all seems to have abated, i know that it can return. Because of this gum disease some of my teeth have moved into unflattering positions and I am really unhappy with my smile. I would love to have straight teeth and really like the sound of invisalign, but i am worried that the gum disease may have weakened my teeth, gums and bones and that putting any pressure on them may cause horrible problems in the future. What should I do doctor?

could you tell me how invisalign lite differs from normal invisalign? I’ve heard it is a little cheaper is that true? I have a gap between my front teeth, which I would really like closing, but I really want to find the cheapest option avaialble to me if possible. Could you tell me the differences between invisalign and invisalign teen? I’ve got a 13 year old who would really like invisalign for the gap in his front tooth, but i just wanted to know about how each brace works before we go to see the dentist and ask him what he thinks.

I had a brace a few years back, for a crossbite. My dentist didn’t give me a retainer so now my teeth have started to drift back into their old horrible position. Is invisalign able to treat this type of problem and once I have had the treatment can i have a retainer, preferably one that is fitted to the back of the teeth? How much do you think this would cost?

Dr Thorne, do you think it possible for my 12 year old boy to have invisalign? I can see that he is developing some problems with his teeth, such as a large gap between his front teeth and a slightly off bite. I would really like to help him receive treatment before he becomes too self conscious, but I obviously don’t want to be potentially damage his teeth.

Hi, do you think that invisalign is a good treatment for, and would fix underbites? If so would i have to have both my top and bottom sorted out to bring my jaws together in the correct places respectivley or just one of the two? and if so how much, about, with this cost if I have the top and the bottom done?

could you tell me whether is it normal for one side of my aligner to be looser than the other? Im on my 3rd aligner and it hasn’t happened for the first 2, they went loose all over towards the end of each respectively, but this looseness on only one side has never happened before and is beginning to get on my nerves, i just wanted some proper feedback before I start getting unnecessarily worried about the issue and trying to fix what’s not broken thanks for any help you can give me doctor

what are the main things that you can treat with invisalign? I have a overbite that makes me look really goofy and my friend, who is also interested in getting invisalign, has a gap between her two front teeth. We’d both like to have invisalign because no one will see it when we are wearing it, but just wanted to make sure that we could be treated before I went and asked my dentist.
