Great. I managed to chip my front tooth when playing football at the weekend. My aligner still fits but I am worried that this may in some way harm the treatment. Will it? When I visited my orthodontist for a consultation he did stress that my teeth needed a lot of straightening, I have suffered from a bad bite for many years. Anyway, after drawing up a treatment plan he still thought that Invisalign would help me. However, 3 months down the line and I’m not seeing ANY results. I feel like he’s just told me it will work to get money out of me. I don’t know what to do because surely I should have seen some differences by now! What do you think I should do?

Hello there, I’m worried about my aligners. I’m on my 3rd week of using Invisalign aligners but I’m still experiencing a lot of pain around my top front teeth. I have been told by my dentist that it’s normal to experience pain at first but I’m taking painkillers and they don’t even seem to help! Do I need to be worried, is something wrong? I have just started wearing Invisalign and it’s a little painful to wear at the moment. Do you know what I could do to stop the pain? How long will this go on for, does it get any better? My dentist office recently recommended Invisalign as a treatment to straighten my slightly misaligned teeth. They told me that with this treatment it will stop my clenching once my teeth are aligned. Is this true or would it be best to just keep using dental guards when I sleep? My teeth have only a slight misalignment that most people wouldn’t even notice.

Hello. I have a mild cross-bite. It’s been bothering me for some time now. It’s only really noticeable when I smile but I grind my teeth in my sleep, which obviously won’t help the matter!
